Registration Form

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once we receive your registration, we will send you an email confirming your enrollment. Shortly after, you will receive an invoice to pay for the course and secure your spot. Please note, if paying with a credit card, there will be a payment processing fee. We understand if your agency does not want to pay the processing fee; therefore, we can accept a check as payment, Zelle, and Venmo. Contact us if you are paying by check or want to use other methods of payment. 


We understand life happens and unexpectant things come up. Therefore, if you're unable to attend, you may submit another student in your place. Please be aware, if a student is a “No-show” then there is no refund available. If you have to cancel your registration, it must be done outside of 30 DAYS prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund or credit. Once there is less than 30 DAYS to the start of the course, there are no refunds, but you can substitute a student.
